Design Challenge:

• Craft an upscale wine bar from a white box space
• Be open for the summer tourist season:Fast-track design and construction management to open for business ten weeks after starting design.
• Work closely with consultants, vendors, the local health department, and building officials.

Our client hails from California wine country. She was excited to find a receptive market for her wine bar in northern Michigan. DFDG acted as architect and construction manager on this project to expedite design and construction processes. It was a whirlwind effort, but we pulled together a great team and completed construction in time for our Client to catch the peak summer season.
